Prepaid mobility service currently operates on both LTE and HSPA, however at this time is not compatible with VoLTE. This means that Prepaid customers located in an affected area will lose the ability to make voice calls if there is not sufficient infill from neighbouring cell sites. Customers with Prepaid service who still require the use of voice calling will need to switch their plan to a postpaid calling plan.
