Maintenance of Tbaytel systems and networks is necessary to ensure Tbaytel delivers quality service to you, our valued customers. We apologize for the inconvenience as we continue to make significant improvements to our network to ensure we are meeting your expectations. Troubleshooting Tip: If you are experiencing a loss of service outside of a maintenance window; power off the affected Tbaytel equipment, then power it back on after 30 seconds. For step-by-step instructions, visit the Support section and select the affected product.

Maintenance Alert - Prepaid Mobility - March 25

Please be advised, Tbaytel will be performing maintenance to its Prepaid Mobility services on March 25 with work taking place between the hours of 1:00am to 2:00am.  During this maintenance Prepaid Mobility customers may experience a loss of mobile services, including calls, SMS and data, with the outage expected to last up to 15 minutes. Customers experiencing no service outside the maintenance window are asked to power off their mobile device for 30 seconds before powering it back on again.
