Maintenance of Tbaytel systems and networks is necessary to ensure Tbaytel delivers quality service to you, our valued customers. We apologize for the inconvenience as we continue to make significant improvements to our network to ensure we are meeting your expectations. Troubleshooting Tip: If you are experiencing a loss of service outside of a maintenance window; power off the affected Tbaytel equipment, then power it back on after 30 seconds. For step-by-step instructions, visit the Support section and select the affected product.

Maintenance Alert - Connected Home - Feb 18-20

Please be advised, Tbaytel will be performing maintenance to its Connected Home services from February 18 to 20 with work taking place between the hours of 2:00am to 6:00am on each day.  During this maintenance some customers may experience a loss of their Connected Home services with an expected outage lasting up to 10 minutes on each night. Customers experiencing no service outside the maintenance window are asked to power off their Tbaytel equipment for 30 seconds before powering it back on again.
