Follow these steps to troubleshoot your connection

Before calling Tbaytel Technical Support, try these solutions to resolve your connection problem:

  1. Restart your computer.
  2. Check all cables and cords to ensure they are securely in place.
  3. Visit various websites to determine if the problem is specific to one website.
  4. If using Microsoft Windows be sure to complete all necessary Windows Updates.
  5. Update your anti-virus program and run a system scan.
  6. Make note of any software, firewalls or routers you have recently installed on your computer and consider disconnecting each one to identify the possible source of the problem.
  7. If you are using a self install kit, ensure filters are installed on all phones.
