Maintenance Alert - Mobility - South Gilles - May 1-May 8

In order to prepare for Tbaytel 5G, customers in the South Gilles area will experience degradation to their Tbaytel LTE service from time to time with work taking place from April 29th to May 8th. Customers experiencing no service outside the indicated area are asked to power off their Tbaytel equipment for 30 seconds before powering back on again.
 

Maintenance Alert - Mobility - Red Lake Downtown - May 6-May 17

In order to prepare for Tbaytel 5G, customers in the Red Lake Downtown area will experience degradation to their Tbaytel LTE service from time to time with work taking place from May 6th to May 17th. Customers experiencing no service outside the indicated area are asked to power off their Tbaytel equipment for 30 seconds before powering back on again.

Maintenance Alert - Mobility - Hazelwood - May 6-May 17

In order to prepare for Tbaytel 5G, customers in the area around Hazelwood Dr. will experience a loss of their Tbaytel Mobility service the outage taking place from May 6th to May 17th. Customers experiencing no service outside the indicated area are asked to power off their Tbaytel equipment for 30 seconds before powering back on again.

In order to prepare for Tbaytel 5G, customers in the Emo area will experience degradation to their Tbaytel LTE service from time to time with work taking place from May 13th to May 27th. Customers experiencing no service outside the indicated area are asked to power off their Tbaytel equipment for 30 seconds before powering back on again.
