Maintenance of Tbaytel systems and networks is necessary to ensure Tbaytel delivers quality service to you, our valued customers. We apologize for the inconvenience as we continue to make significant improvements to our network to ensure we are meeting your expectations. Troubleshooting Tip: If you are experiencing a loss of service outside of a maintenance window; power off the affected Tbaytel equipment, then power it back on after 30 seconds. For step-by-step instructions, visit the Support section and select the affected product.

Maintenance Alert - Mobility - Shuniah - Apr 7-18

Please be advised, Tbaytel will be performing maintenance to its Mobility network with work taking place between April 7 to April 18. During this maintenance customers travelling along Highway 11/17 north of Thunder Bay and customers living in the Mackenzie Beach area may experience a degradation in their service with no expected outage. Customers expereincing no service outside the maintenance window are asked to power off their mobile device for 30 seconds before powering it back on again.
