Maintenance of Tbaytel systems and networks is necessary to ensure Tbaytel delivers quality service to you, our valued customers. Maintenance Alert - Mobility - HYW 17W - March 6

Please be advised, Tbaytel will be performing maintenance to its Mobility services on March 6 with work taking place between the hours of 12:00am to 5:00am on each day.  During this maintenance some customers travelling west along Highway 17, specifically in the areas around Raith and Savanne, may experience a loss of mobile services, including calls, SMS and data, with the outage expected to last no longer than 10 minutes. Customers experiencing no service outside the maintenance window are asked to power off their mobile device for 30 seconds before powering it back on again.
