Maintenance of Tbaytel systems and networks is necessary to ensure Tbaytel delivers quality service to you, our valued customers. We apologize for the inconvenience as we continue to make significant improvements to our network to ensure we are meeting your expectations. Troubleshooting Tip: If you are experiencing a loss of service outside of a maintenance window; power off the affected Tbaytel equipment, then power it back on after 30 seconds. For step-by-step instructions, visit the Support section and select the affected product.

Maintenance Alert - Connected Home - Thunder Bay - Jan 9

Please be advised, Tbaytel will be performing maintenance to its Connected Home services with work taking place on January 9 between the hours of 2:00am to 5:00am.  During this maintenance some customers in Thunder Bay may experience a loss of their Connected Home services with the outage lasting up to 5 minutes. Customers experiencing no service outside the maintenance window are asked to power off their Tbaytel equipment for 30 seconds before powering it back on again.

Please be advised, Tbaytel will be performing maintenance to its website and other web assets on January 13th between the hours of 8pm to 11pm.  During this maintenance some pages on tbaytel.net may be unavailable with ecommerce being unavailable during the duration of the work. In addition, myTbaytel may not be accessible throughout the maintenance.
