Maintenance of Tbaytel systems and networks is necessary to ensure Tbaytel delivers quality service to you, our valued customers. We apologize for the inconvenience as we continue to make significant improvements to our network to ensure we are meeting your expectations. Troubleshooting Tip: If you are experiencing a loss of service outside of a maintenance window; power off the affected Tbaytel equipment, then power it back on after 30 seconds. For step-by-step instructions, visit the Support section and select the affected product.

Maintenance Alert - Tbaytel.net - March 31

Please be advised, Tbaytel will be performing maintenance to its web assets on Monday, March 31 with work taking place between the hours of 7:00am to 9:00am.  During this maintenance some of Tbaytel's web assets may be unavailable. The maximum anticipated downtime for this work is as follows:
  • tbaytel.net - 15 minute outage
  • myTbaytel Web - 2 hour outage
  • The myTbaytel App - 2 hour outage
  • ECommerce - 2 hour outage
