Maintenance of Tbaytel systems and networks is necessary to ensure Tbaytel delivers quality service to you, our valued customers. Troubleshooting Tip: If you are experiencing a loss of service outside of a maintenance window; power off the affected Tbaytel equipment, then power it back on after 30 seconds. For step-by-step instructions, visit the Support section and select the affected product.

Maintenance Alert - Mobility - HWY 17 - Feb 12

Please be advised, Tbaytel will be performing maintenance to its Mobility services with work taking place on February 12 between the hours of 6:00am to 8:00am.  During this maintenance some customers travelling along HWY 17 west of Kenora may experience a loss of their Mobility services, including calls, SMS, and data, with the outage lasting up to 30 minutes. Customers experiencing no service outside the maintenance window are asked to power off their mobile device for 30 seconds before powering it back on again.
