If you’re already a Tbaytel Connected Home subscriber and refer your friends and family to sign up for Tbaytel, you are eligible for a Tbaytel reward. For each successfully referred Tbaytel Connected Home service, you will receive a $50 credit on your Tbaytel Connected Home account. Plus, the person you are referring will receive a $25 credit per service on their account.

  • To make a referral as part of the Program, you must be a current Tbaytel Connected Home Customer or a Tbaytel employee as described below.
  • A Tbaytel Connected Home service is Tbaytel TV, Phone, Internet, or Security Monitoring
  • All referrals have to be made using the "Tbaytel Referral" form.
  • An order is considered to be completed when a Tbaytel representative calls the prospect as a result of the referral form you submitted and the prospect subscribes to Tbaytel TV and has it installed.
  • To be eligible for the referral gift, both you and the customer you referred must keep your service active and in good standing.
  • The referral is only eligible if the prospect has not had Tbaytel TV service in the past 12 months.
  • You cannot refer yourself or a Tbaytel employee, or anyone who lives in the same household. You cannot send an electronic message in connection with this Program to anyone other than a friend or family member. By filling out the "Tbaytel Referral" form, you represent and warrant that the person being referred has consented to receiving the e-mail and/or phone call described above. You agree to indemnify Tbaytel from any liability suffered if such consent has not been granted or is withdrawn.
  • If your friend or family member is referred multiple times, the first referral received will be credited with the referral. Referrals expire after 30 days.
  • To participate in this Program and be eligible to receive the referral gift, you must (i) explain the Program to your referrals and obtain consent from each referral to provide their personal information to Tbaytel for the purpose of receiving a referral email and/or phone call; and (ii) abide by these Program Terms.

Credit issued once services have been installed. Maximum $1000 per calendar-year/account can be given for referrals. Newly referred service(s) must remain active for a minimum of 6 months, otherwise credit(s) will be reversed. The individual being referred must not have been subscribed to the Tbaytel service(s) being referred within the past 90 days.
