Choose the most convenient and easy way to pay your bill!

Whichever option you may prefer, please ensure that your account number is clearly marked so that we can quickly and efficiently process your payment.

• Manage Your Bills Online With myAccount

  Tbaytel's convenient online service, myAccount, makes it easier to manage all your Tbaytel accounts from your home or office computer, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. View and pay your current Tbaytel bills or look at your previous bills and full payment history. Make payments using Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Visit tbaytel.net/myaccount to register.

  • View Your Bill

    Click "View Your Bill" under the Billing menu at the top of the page to view your Home Phone/Internet/Digital TV, Mobility and/or Security bills. You will be able to choose the month you wish to view.

  • Pay Your Bill

    Click "Pay Your Bill" under the Billing menu at the top of the page to pay your Home Phone/Internet/Digital TV, Mobility and/or Security bills. You will be required to set up your payment option when you click "Pay". This is a secure site.

  • Subscribe to E-Bill Service

    Choose to subscribe to our environmentally friendly E-Bill Service and receive your Tbaytel bills electronically. Once you sign up for E-Bill service you will receive one final paper bill. From that point onward you will receive your bill(s) electronically and a notification will be sent to your requested email address when new bills are available to be viewed.

  Tbaytel customers can pay bills online with epost, Canada Post's free electronic bill presentment service, which helps you manage your bills and other financial documents, safely and securely, online. To sign up for the epost service, visit www.epost.ca.

  • Where You Bank

    Make your payment by teller at most financial institutions (bill stub required) through automated bank machines, telephone banking or Internet banking.

   

• Pre-Authorized Payment Plan from Your Bank Account or Credit Card

  Your monthly payment is automatically withdrawn from your bank account or charged to your credit card on the due date. Tbaytel will still mail you a statement of account prior to the due date unless you register for E-Bill. Either way, you have a record of the amount before your account is debited.

  How to Sign Up

  Complete the pre-authorized payment form and mail to Tbaytel, drop off in the "Payments & Resume Drop Box" or Call Customer Care at 807-623-4400 or 1-800-264-9501.

  • From Your Bank Account

    Tbaytel will withdraw your payments on the due date from your bank account.

  • From Your Credit Card

    Your credit card company - Visa, MasterCard, or American Express - will withdraw your Tbaytel payment on the date the account is due. No charge is levied for this service.

 

• By Phone

  Call us to sign up for a pre-authorized payment plan or pay by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

There will be a $25.00 service charge for NSF transactions. Accounts will be dropped from the plan after one such transaction in a one-year period.
